Nuova recensione di una lettura in lingua che aspettavo con immenso piacere. Qui in Italia della meravigliosa Kat Ross hanno completato la serie del Quarto Elemento, quella composta da tre libri e precedente a questa del Quarto Talismano, ma presto la Dunwich provvederà a portarci anche quest'ultima così che potrete goderne anche voi.

Io davvero non so come faccia questa donna a sfornare romanzi favolosi in poco tempo. Ne sono felicissima ma anche curiosa, sapete. Le sue storie diventano sempre più avvincente invece che annoiare e arrivati alla fine ne desideri ancora e ancora. Siamo arrivati al quarto volume della serie del Quarto Talismano e presumo ne manchi un quinto per completarla, non ne sono sicura. Ma di una cosa sono certa, non ne avrò mai abbastanza dei libri di Kat Ross.
Nazafareen sembra diventare sempre più speciale. Non solo ha la magia ma si scopre essere proprio il Quarto Talismano. Questo comporterà fare scelte che potrebbero salvare o distruggere l'intero mondo. La guerra è alle porte e il gruppo di Nazafareen è in viaggio per il Kiln, una terra desolata in cui saranno presenti nemici pronti ad attaccarli.
Misteri, odio, tradimenti e amori sono elementi che non mancano mai in questa storia mozzafiato.
Ho seguito e continuo a seguire la crescita dei personaggi come se fossero miei figli. Con ammirazione ed orgoglio ho visto Naz diventare una donna sempre più impavida e combattiva, un Darius sempre più maturo e pronto a tutto pur di avere un futuro con lei. Dandoci anche i punti di vista di Culach e Javid si va ad apprezzare anche loro come feci una volta per Balthazar nonostante sia stato lo schiavo dell'antagonista. Cosa che apprezzo molto è anche la varietà di amore che si trova in questa serie. Non solo tra un uomo e una donna ma anche tra coloro dello stesso sesso, questi personaggi riescono a provare forti sentimenti in un periodo di grande pericolo. Le scene tra Naz e Darius rimangono le mie preferite sopratutto quando condividono una forte passione.
Kat ha fatto di nuovo centro e non vedo l'ora di leggere il prossimo libro. Mi sto facendo tante di quelle domande da farmi scoppiare la testa. DEVO SAPERE! Niente è dato per scontato e questo è quello che amo di più.
